J'ai fais un dossier très important pour un concours parcours sup et le fichier ne s'ouvre plus.

Quelqu'un connais t' il une méthode pour le récupérer ?

Examining the file with a hex editor it looks like there are some significant areas of corruption, which may explain the error message when we try to open it.

However, by creating a new document, I was able to use Document > Add pages from file and that was able to recover some of the data, though I cannot tell how much. I let it try adding the complete file.

Here's what I got; you might try that approach yourself as you may be able to recover more of it than I could, at least the linked resources that I don't have access to:
