You can certainly use Affinity Photo or Designer to create pictures that you could post to forums, but you cannot post directly from the Affinity application. You would have to Export the picture to an appropriate file type and size for the forum you want to post to, and then post it separately (however you normally post to that forum).

Thank you for your reply. I’m used to using Imgur to give me a URL to copy and paste in form replies. Can I do something similar with AP?

No. You would need to create the image in your Affinity application, Export it to your local storage, and then upload it somewhere that can provide a URL. For example, you can upload images directly to Imgur from your computer, using the functions on the Imgur site.

Or, in many other online systems, you can upload directly from your computer when making a post.
