Mark Freeman
iPad Pro 12.9” 2021, up to date. This problem would occasionally occur before update regardless of file, i would simply close the file then reopen to fix. But it seems to be happening way more since the update. Dan C
Hi @Mark Freeman, Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. I can confirm that we're unable to replicate this behaviour at this time and we're not seeing this issue reported by other users. Can you please provide further information regarding your setup? For example what iPad model are you using, what version of iPadOS is installed, what mouse/keyboard do you have connected to this device? When this issue occurs, it may indicate a redraw error in the app - occasionally if a redraw error occurs the screen requires a 'refresh' to display your bounding boxes etc. Can you please try zooming in/out of the canvas when this next occurs and let me know if this resolves the issue without needing to restart the app? If this zoom to force the screen to refresh does not change the behaviour, what happens if you enable and then disable the 'Preview' mode - using the icon next to 'Snapping' in the top right of the apps UI? Finally, we've previously seen strange issues occur on iPad when they have not been restarted in a while. if you force restart your iPad (as covered in the below FAQ), does this stop the issue from appearing? Many thanks in advance

Many thanks in advance Hey Dan, thanks for such a thorough reply. Yeah, zooming in or out does help. I’ve not had the issue for a bit, but will screengrab this for future reference. Love the App, thanks again! Dan C
