Ellis
Hi, I'm having some issues with Designer [v1] crashing shortly after opening a file. I have been working on the file previously completely fine, but today, the second I start to interact with the file it crashes out and I have to Force Quit. I managed to copy one of the art boards and place it in a new file and was able to work on it, but the same is happening again after I had to duplicate the artboard to create a variant graphic and I can no longer do anything. Things I've tried: Pressing CTRL while loading and unticking all the boxes. File works briefly and I managed to get the original and paste it into a new file, but I've been unable to do it since. Disabling fonts the file uses Testing the file on another users computer, but it crashes there too The only thing I can think of is because I have a lot of text on a path in the circle as it's a circular graphic, but don't understand how it could be an issue? I'm by no means techie so not sure what else to try! I have attached an error report and the file. Ellis
Thank you! (Just a heads up, I have spoken with Gareth in support too, on email, and I believe he's passed this onto your devs as well) Edited Thursday at 11:03 AM by Ellis
