Iztok
For the font size, instead of the standard sizing format for size above 16 points, it would be nice to have the option to increase or decrease by one dot, as is the case with kerning or leading Edited February 19 by Iztok tekst error
GarryP
The Kerning drop-down gives a list of integer percentages in with a divisor of 5, and the Leading drop-down uses (pretty much) the same values as the font size drop-down, so I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “by one dot”. If you can explain what you want a bit more fully then that might help to clear things up. Having a drop-down list of every integer from 5 to 288 (existing min/max) would probably make for a cumbersome drop-down. If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel you can put the mouse pointer over the numeric field and change the number to the next integer (up or down) with the scroll wheel. Alternatively, you can click in the numeric field and use the up/down arrow keys to change the number to the next integer.

Apparently it's a inaccurate translation, and it should have been "by one point". Otherwise, I completely agree - the 5-288 list would be very impractical and practically unusable. Especially for higher values, which would mean constantly scrolling through a huge list. That’s what I thought it might be, until they mentioned Leading and Kerning where the drop-downs don’t have single-integer-difference lists (which I thought was what was being asked for), hence the confusion and request for clarification. Per mille, per mil, or even per mill seem to be acceptable. Well, the first one, anyway. Put it down to brain fog, of which I have an overabundance these days. Edit: But wait, the question was about a counterpart to ‘percentage’, not ‘percent’ or ‘per cent’. I’ve never come across ‘permillage’ or anything like that in my travels, but it’s interesting to note that my spill chucker didn’t object when I typed it here.
