grzessnik
Hi, one of most important tools in Illustrator is for me Divide option (from path filters). I allows me to cut intersecting lines (I have separate parts, where lines crossing). And most important thing, lines remains (don't close). I try Divide in AD and my lines close. Is it bug? If not, how can I cut intersecting paths without closing them? Best, Greg
Staff TonyB Posted October 13, 2014 Staff Share Posted October 13, 2014 We are still improving the Divide command. I will see if we can also get it to handle unclosed curves.
grzessnik
Thank you. It will be very useful. Path and closed shape interaction will be great too (you can cut shape with curve without making shape). It is great timesaver.
