Export PDF With Bleed

I am trying to export a PDF book cover with bleed and can't get that to work, I read that if I click on PDF there should be an option for  "export with bleed", but I don't see that option. How do I ensure that the bleed is included in my pdf export.

If you scroll down a bit in the PDF export options, there is a checkbox called "Include bleed". You can use this only if your document has bleed, otherwise this option is greyed out.
