Erno Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 There is a very strange bug. If I don't use AP for a couple of minutes it just closes without any warning, saving, message. It is very annoying if I don't save my work. My specs: Win 11 MSI PRO 790-P i7-13700K RTX 4070 96GB RAM My PC is not overclocked and works nicely with any other softwares. I reduced RAM usage and switched off hardware acceleration - the same happens. I bought the Suite on 16 January, this is the latest version. Unfortunately I have problems with the rest of the Suite, they crashes unexpectedly many times. Shall I reinstall them? What can I do? I am thinking to go back Adobe because this software seems to be too buggy - even if it's brilliant. Thank you. Quote
Dan C Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 Hi Erno, Which version of Nvidia's driver are you using? (studio / retail) Lee Erno 1 Quote
Erno Posted February 7, 2024 Author Posted February 7, 2024 Hi Lee, Thank you very much for the idea. My last version was released in November, last year. I am installing the latest version and I will let you know, what the result is. By the way I use only Studio version (I don't play games). Thanks agan, Erno Quote
Erno Posted February 7, 2024 Author Posted February 7, 2024 Spoiler Dear Lee, your idea seems to help this issue. I really appreciate, thank you! Quote
Dan C Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 Despite the studio drivers being optimised for stability, In my experience the consumer drivers are more stable and give much better performance. This includes for creative applications 2d and 3d. I would advise giving them a try. Lee 2 hours ago, Erno said: Hi Lee, Thank you very much for the idea.
