SPD54
I'm taking a picture of a white jigsaw puzzle but won't to add a texture to each piece. If I invert the image I think I can get the lines around each piece to show white but how would I add the texture inside each piece. Thanks in advance
GarryP
The word “texture” can mean many different things to many different people. Can you give us a visual example of what you have so far? And can you give us a visual example of what you are trying to achieve? If not, can you give us more details about what you are trying to do, the more details the better? SPD54
I haven't taken it yet but here's a picture from the net of something like what a want to achieve. It would be nice to have to space in between each piece in white. This image is plain colour and I'm thinking a more textured look. Hope this helps. Dan C
Hi SPD54, You should be able to achieve this with a combination of perspective warped image over the entire jigsaw with a screen overlay mode, some masks and a second copy of your image rotated to match the red piece. I would advise removing the red from the red piece and changing it to a similar black/Grey gradient as the rest of the pieces around it (I used a black and white adjustment). This would result in something a little like this (very rough) example. Lee
