swf
I just purchased and downloaded Publisher and on the license activation page that comes up when you first open the program I entered email and password as requested. The blue "working on it" bar just goes back and forth indefinitely and I can't get past it to use the program. I've tried multiple times and made sure email and password are entered correctly. How do I get the program to open?
walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, and sorry for that problem. Just to confirm: you purchased from the Affinity Store at serif.com, and you're using the email and password you specified during the purchase? What OS are you using? Staff stokerg Posted February 7 Staff Share Posted February 7 Hi @swf, If running Affinity on MacOS, when you have the activation window on screen asking you to log in, click on Help along the top menu and select 'Check Connectivity' and this will run a couple of checks. Once thats finished, click on Save Report and Close and then upload the report to our Dropbox here. If you are running Affinity on Windows, then just right click on an empty part of activation window and select "Check Connectivity' then Save the report and upload it to the Dropbox link above.
