You might try to downloadt he latest version (2.3.1) from your serif shop account and update your product this way.

But be carefull to not use different type of installers, msi versus msix(exe) for your Affinity products.

Hi @Libušeand Welcome to the Forums,

One thing I've noticed, the message on the update is stating 2.2.0 and it should be 2.3.1. With Affinity closed,  can you just go to this location:
%appdata%\.affinity\Common\2.0

To get there, call up the Windows run box by holding down the Windows key on your keyboard and tapping the letter R and then paste the above path into the run box and click Okay.  That should open a folder and there will be a file called cs.json, select that and delete it.  Once deleted, close that folder and open Affinity.  You should now be prompted to install the update and hopefully this time it will state the correct version and install the update :)
