How to process DSLR dual narrow band filter images?

Hello,

I recently got a dual narrowband filter (H-O), which I want to use with a dslr. What processing would you recommend? Would the image be treated more or less the same as without filter. Or is there some way to separate the bands into separate images. In this case I would know how to proceed. Using APv2.
