Marijn Doeve
Hi there, I've started using Affinity Photo 2 with my new Canon R10 with RF 50mm f/1.8 STM. Every time I import a raw photo on my Mac or iPad, it selects the Tamron AF 80-210mm f/4.5-5.6 280D lens instead of the 50mm lens. Is there a way to override this for all photos, or can I provide you with an example? It seems to work just fine with jpeg's. _MG_0519.cr3
Hangman
Hi @Marijn Doeve and welcome to the forums, I've just opened your .cr3 file in Affinity Photo 1.7.3, 1.10.8 and 2.3.1 and v1.7.3 recognises the lens correctly, 1.10.8 and 2.3.1 shows the lens just as '280', which I'm assuming is, as you mention, the Tamron AF 80-210mm f/4.5-5.6 280D lens, however, in the Metadata Detail Tab the lens is shown correctly in 2.3.1 so possibly a database error... Staff Lee D Posted January 23 Staff Share Posted January 23 @Marijn Doeve Welcome to the forums. I've logged this with the developers, it may be something they can do or to send feedback to LensFun to update the database.
