Publisher Beta 2.4 Layers Panel won't appear

I have Publisher Beta 2.4 and, after a using it a few days, the Layers Panel disappeared. I have tried turning View>Layers on and off. I have done a Factory Reset. Rebooted the machine. Loaded older documents known to have multiple layers. Nothing has worked.

 

I don't need it. I'll wait for the next beta and use 3 until then.

 

I just thought someone should take a look and see if there's a problem.

If you're using the 2.4 Beta you should be using the Beta forums to report problems, @wizox. A moderator may move this for you, or you could Hide it and repost. 

I'm curious about your comment about View > Layers, though. In V2 it's Window > Layers, not View.

Also, do you ever use multiple monitors, and if so are they all attached and turned on now? 

What kind of Factory Reset did you do? Details, please.

I know you said you did a factory reset, but did you happen to check if Window > Studio > Show Left / Show Right Studio are not checked? I would imagine though other panels would go missing also? Could you screenshot this by any chance?
