Gobo Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Hello, Right after updating Publisher to 2.3.1, the scroll bars started acting oddly. The expected behavior is you move the up/down one and the focus in the window moves up/down to show you different pages. Now, it's pans diagonally (mostly horizontal) until the pages disappear from view. You have to do a CTRL+0 to bring a page back into view. Moving the left/right scroll bar pans diagonally (mostly vertical) and ends up the same way. An additional detail. It doesn't matter if you scroll up or down, the pages pan off to the right until they're gone. Likewise, you can scroll left or right, and the pages pan off the bottom until they're gone. It happens to different files so it's not a corrupted file. And it happened immediately after installing the update. The result is that I can't use the scroll bars and so can't easily navigate around the project. Please advise. Thanks, Will Quote
MikeTO Posted January 20, 2024 Posted January 20, 2024 Hi Will, you can probably fix it by choosing View > Reset Rotation. If not, are you using Mac or Windows? Is this with the internal display of a laptop or an external display? Gobo Posted January 20, 2024 Author Posted January 20, 2024 Yep, that fixed whatever it was. Thanks! MikeTO 1 Quote
