IvanGilbertt
Hi, I hope you are having a nice day. Today I went to open Affinity Photo v2 and the program would not open,I waited for a while and decided to restart the pc.I tried again and it would not open,I tried Designer and Publisher and they would not open either. I decided to uninstall and reinstall them, to see if that would solve the problem, I couldn't find the programs in the control panel so I uninstalled them from the program itself. I reinstalled them and it didn't let me select the installation path, they are installed by default in the path c/program files/WindowsApps. I run it as administrator and nothing, it doesn't open any program of the suite, this problem didn't happen last week. I have Windows11 and the last update was on the 14th. Is there anyone who can help me? Thank you very much, have a nice day. Regards
Pšenda
You can try turning off HW Acceleration in Application Preferences. You could try uninstal MSIX version and installing the MSI/EXE versions. IvanGilbertt
@Pšenda Thank you very much for your attention and your help, I was able to download the exe version but none of the solutions helped me, I did everything but it does not recognise the code in the CMD and still does not start, in this case not even with the exe version already installed.anyway I appreciate your interest and information, hope you have a nice day Pšenda
