SoCuul Posted January 19, 2024 Posted January 19, 2024 I've had this issue happen to me multiple times on multiple versions (including the most recent, which I have installed). When I try to print my document, the macOS print dialog displays no image, along with an error that says "The value in the "From" field is out of range. Resetting to default value."". Each time I click the ok button on the popup, it comes right back and the only solution is to force quit the program and try again. It tends to print properly after it closes, but this just keeps randomly happening. Quote
Staff stokerg Posted January 19, 2024 Staff Posted January 19, 2024 Hi @SoCuul, Which version of MacOS are you running? As Affinity just hooks into the printer service provided by MacOS, it would be a good idea to make sure you drivers are fully up to date for the printer and even do a reinstall of them and see if you still have the issue. Elwen Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 Having the same error, Canon GX6000 series-AirPrint with updated drivers. Reseting Affinity Designer (2.5.2) helped both times I encountered this error. Nothing else changed - printing the same file after the reset worked. Quote
