Hi @Iris loverand Welcome to the Forums,

It looks like you are using the Edit In Affinity Photo option from the Photos app on MacOS.  There are a few bugs with this currently, which results in the  Unable to edit in Affinity Photo error.  Which version of MacOS do you run?

A RAW is currently being developed message is triggered by having a RAW file open and trying to close the app.  If you click on Cancel in the Develop Persona to close the RAW file, you'll then be able to close the app without getting that message.
