can not add adjustment layers to 360 photo, when i do it removes the 360 projection

I imported the jpg, got to layers, live projection>equilateral projection and it works fine, i am able to pan around like normal. when i add a adjustment layer it removes the equilateral projection and reverts it to a non 360

very frustrating as it worked perfect in the older version

here is the image i am working on

After enabling the Equirectangular projection on a 360 image and adding an adjustment. You just need to reselect the image with the Move Tool, then on the Context toolbar you just then select Edit Live Projection.
