tom_tm Posted January 16, 2024 Posted January 16, 2024 Dear Serif, I've been forced to temporarily move to the dark side as my 2015 Mac finally needs fixing, and need a download link for the Windows version. But I can't seem to find one. At present all I can retrieve is the Mac download (even while trying to do so from Windows). Please help/advise. regards Tom Quote
walt.farrell Posted January 16, 2024 Posted January 16, 2024 What version of the Affinity applications have you purchased licenses for? If V1, for example, then a license covers either macOS or Windows, but not both. To change OS platforms you would need to purchase (or have purchased) a license for Affinity on the other OS, too. And V1 licenses are no longer available. If V2, this is also true, unless you purchased a Universal license. On my list of purchases it also lists Windows. Quote
walt.farrell Posted January 16, 2024 Posted January 16, 2024 You should find all the licenses you're eligible to use in your account at https://affinity.store/account/licences/ and when you click on View License the next page should have a download link on it. Or, for Windows, 2 download links, one for the recommended MSIX installer, and one for an old-style EXE/MSI installer.
