[Solved in 2.4 beta] Affinity Publisher 2.3.1 Bug : Punctuation Space displays as a comma character

While inserting a Punctuation Space via the Text->Insert->Spaces and Tabs menu, even when unchecking Show Special Characters, a comma (,) character displays with many fonts instead of a space.

The comma also displays when using the Toggle Preview Mode.

That one is marked as fixed in 2.4.0.2237 Beta, which is not yet available but will probably be released soon for testing.

Certainly appears to be as again, it's font specific...

In the meantime, since the punctuation space is supposed to have the width of a comma, the character chosen as replacement makes sense. 

if you want a real punctuation space, even if your font hasn't one defined, you could Find-Replace your punctuation spaces applying to them a transparent (no text colour) character style.

I just reported this to be sure developers didn't miss it when fixing the Figure Space issue.

Have you tried it in the current 2.4 beta, which has the fix for the previously reported problem with the Figure Space?
