I have formatted a book with Infinity Publisher and have added 20 new pages in the center to add images. No problem adding images BUT there is no way I can add text to explain the photo. I can add a text box BUT the cursor is outside the text frame. I am an old fella in New Zealand and must be missing something. Looking on. Google and a few others have the problem with no solution. Appreciate and assistance

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

There are several ways you could cause that. To check one of them, with the Text Frame selected, look in the Text Frame panel (Window > Text > Text Frame if you're using V2) and look at the Left Inset:

For another, look in the Paragraph panel and check the Indent parameters, such as the Left Indent:

There are probably others, so if those don't handle it, it might be best if you could save and share a sample .afpub file that shows the problem. Just one page with the issue would suffice.

Thanks so much, the paragraph setup was the problem. You're a champion.....
