Hello everyone. By simply typing text and using the space bar between words, the "Affinity Publisher 2.0.0" software crashes. I also told myself that I had to update, go from Affinity Publisher 2.0.0 to 2.3.0 (maybe a bug via the updates not carried out). So I clicked on "Install", I see that it is loading...then the loading seems to be finished....but...it did not offer me an opening on a web page as stipulated on the Affinity website: "If you select Download, you are redirected to a web page which offers you the latest Windows version available for your Affinity product"....: here the link (to paragraph "How to download digital product updates?"). I also restarted just in case... Observation, I don't see any change: - always crashes when I use the spacebar - when starting the software, it always indicates 2.00 so no update Furthermore, for your information, on other software, the space bar works very well... Do you have any solutions please? THANKS

But you did not click on Download (which is used when you have installed using the EXE/MSIX version of the installer previously), you clicked on Install (which is used when you have installed using the MSIX version of the installer).

Hi Walt. Thanks for your feedback. I didn't understand. What exactly should I do?

When you clicked Install, it should have updated automatically and brought you back to the program, with the update installed.

If that did not happen, please describe again what happened, and please check and confirm what version you're now running. You can see that in the Account dialog.

Hi Walt. Sorry for the silence.
I can tell you what I did by screen copy (1 > 4).
Update still not working.
Once finished the 3rd step.
Nothing happens related to the update. It simply displays the splash window to create a page. Then, I went to the "Help" section to click on "Check for updates", the initial window on screen copy n°1 appears again.
The update was not done.

Perhaps you should close the application, download the update manually, and install it manually.

I downloaded the update through your link. The last one was done well. The initial bug, which I assumed was related to the update, seems to be working for the moment. Thank you very much Walt !
