Designer, Publisher - Inactive (grayed out) options in Layer → Alignment when multiple nodes selected

Apps:

• Affinity Designer version 2.3.1,
• Affinity Publisher version 2.3.1,
• This bug doesn't occur in Affinity Photo because it does not have the Layer → Alignment options.

OS: Windows 10 Pro (22H2 compiltion 19045.3930)

The Problem (bug): 
If you select multiple nodes in one or two objects, the Space and Distribute options are inactive (grayed out) in the Layer → Alignment menu. At the same time, the same options work fine in the Alignment panel on the toolbar. Please look at the video below.

Disclaimer: Shown by example with ADe only, but same bug is also in APub. There is no need to repeat the same steps twice, in both apps.
