When I open the RAW files from my Fujifilmx100V I only see the ACROS film simulation jpeg and can’t fine the color RAW file. I save to both RAW and JPEG. (When I open from my SONY RX100 and select RAW I have the color raw files).

Thank you for your help.

Hi @Linda Mack,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums & sorry to hear you're having trouble!

Unfortunately the Affinity apps don't support Fuji Film Simulation at this time, our apologies.

How are you trying to open the RAW file in Affinity? Are you connecting your camera as an external device to your iPad, or have your images been uploaded to Apple Photos / a Cloud service, to load on your iPad?

The more information you can provide here, the easier it will be for us to assist :)

Thank you. I am looking for the RAW file  in color. I can see the black and white photo.

On my Fujifilm X100V camera I have it set to JPEG and RAW. I took the photo using the ACROS simulation. I transfer from the SD card to my iPad PRO using an Apple SD card adapter. then I open the photo in Affinity, selecting RAW. I can only see the black and white, and am looking for the color RAW file.

I may be  missing something to find the color RAW file. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for the further information provided - are you able to attach a copy of this RAW file here for me?

If the RAW file has been created by the camera using a default black and white profile, and the colour version is only available when using ACROS simulation, then we'd suggest using the default Fuji software in order to develop the colour version, as mentioned above Affinity does not support Fuji simulations and therefore will always develop the RAW file using the default profile.

Thank you. I will use another application when I want the color RAW file. I had thought that perhaps I was not opening the RAW file correctly even though I was selecting RAW. ACROS simulation use results in  a black and white JPEG file. The camera also saves the RAW file (no simulation applied) and it is this file I am looking for when I open in Affinity.
