Incorrect behaviour of menu items Layer → Alignment...

If you select multiple nodes of two objects, the functions Space and Distribute will be inactive in Layer→Alignment... menu panel. However, these functions work quite correctly through the Alignment panel in the Toolbar. It seems to be no big deal, but it does not allow to use shortcuts in such cases.
