How to fix neon glow in a RAW photo, that doesn't appear in JPEG

Hello

Backstory: I shoot with Fujifillm XT30 II. RAW + JPEG. On the JPEG "neon glow" looks normal, on RAW it looks kind of weird.
My question is: How can I fix in Affinity photo a RAW picture to look more like a in JPEG.
Here is an example. 

On the left, we can see a screen from RAW photo, on the right JPEG.

Have you tried editing the raw file in develop persona?

Editing a RAW file gives you more latitude with regard to dynamic range among other things, jpeg is a lossy format so quality is lost for the sake of smaller file size. If you are getting excessive glow on that colouring, I'd try Fujifilm studio: https://fujifilm-x.com/fr-fr/support/compatibility/software/x-raw-studio/ to edit your RAW files in.

Maybe upload the problem raw file and jpeg so we can take a look.

How do you view the raw file and created the screenshot?
if uploading screenshots, please include the full application window and specify which application was used to display the file.
