The file type is not supported error

Have you tried the Create a new apub document and then use the menu option to add pages from another apub document?

  • Create a new Publisher document.
  • Select Document > Add Pages From File... and try selecting your damaged file.

Sometimes this works, mostly it doesn't but certainly worth a try.

Hi Dtierney,

I have passed this on to our developers to see if there is anything we can do to fix this file however they are very busy and there's no guarantee it will be fixed. If this file is time sensitive your best bet would be to start again from scratch I'm afraid.
