SouthTX Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 I have used Affinity v2 since its launch on my Mac and was using it this morning. I had Publisher open and tried to open Designer to modify a vector file. It refused to launch. I then closed all programs and restarted the computer. Upon restart, any attempt to launch Affinity v2 programs takes me to the activation page. The activation login refuses to work. It continually displays the "Please try again in a moment" message. I am attaching a screenshot (with my email removed for privacy). I need to get back to work. Any help would be appreciated. Quote
Staff Callum Posted January 11, 2024 Staff Posted January 11, 2024 Hi SouthTX, Please could you try navigating to ~/Library/Group Containers/6LVTQB9699.com.seriflabs/v2/ and deleting the licence.dat and/or cs.dat files found there? This should solve this issue for you. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.

After they were deleted, the activation worked as expected. Thanks! SouthTX Callum 1 Quote
