Pressure sensitive dotted line

Hi team!

I've recently needed to create a dotted circle that is pressure sensitive. I discovered that there is no such option. I can only use pressure sensitivity when creating a vector line - but when I change it to dots/dashes there is no option to add pressure sensitivity. 

Could you please add such option?

Yes, vector stroke pressure sensitivity is unfortunately still very rudimentary in Affinity.

There are a few workarounds:

• create a "vector" brush – which is in reality a pressure sensitive pixel pattern attached to a vector stroke, but it could still do the trick
• combine multiple vector strokes to mimic a pressure sensitive dotted stroke

For the latter, I remember experimenting with a few methods a few years ago (I don't remember what the original threads were about but these screenshots/screencasts are still in my "existing attachments" forum archive):
