Vdbarch Posted January 9, 2024 Posted January 9, 2024 The time set in Printed/Exported field is set to UK GMT and this is different from my MacOs system Sonoma 14.2.1 time, which is GMT+1. Is this a setting or is it a bug? Quote VANDENBOOMEN-ARCHITECTen... MacOs 15.0 / iOS 18 | Affinity Photo v2.5, Designer v2.5, Publisher v2.5 | FormZ, Vectorworks, BricsCAD | Maxwell Render
MikeTO Posted January 9, 2024 Posted January 9, 2024 There's a known issue with Sonoma and time zones. Serif has it on their list but it may be something Apple has to fix. Vdbarch Posted September 18, 2024 Author Posted September 18, 2024 With MacOs 15 Sequoia the time stamp error is back again, but now 2 hour difference. Time 15:00h will be: Printed stamp as: 13:00h Quote VANDENBOOMEN-ARCHITECTen... JuBe Posted September 30, 2024 Posted September 30, 2024 Is there a way to at least select the time zone we're in until there is a fix that correctly syncs the date and time in Affinity Publisher with the Mac system? Quote
MikeTO Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 There's no workaround that I'm aware of. It is currently 9:42 PM EDT but Affinity think it's tomorrow at 1:42 AM. It’s now shortly after 6:42 AM BST (i.e. 5:42 AM GMT/UTC) in the UK, so four hours ago it would have been shortly after 1:42 AM GMT/UTC. JuBe Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 Well if any developers out there come across this post, even if it is not something that you can fix, and it has to be fixed on Apple's end, I would be very appreciative if an option could be added to at least let us choose a time zone so the time offset can be correct. When a fix becomes available in a new version of the software, the Affinity Info Bot will post a message to say so, and if you follow a thread that has a tag you will get a notification when a fix has been made. JuBe Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 No worries, @GarryP. I just thought they wanted us to post something if we came across the issue again (after they thought it was fixed). Quote
Vdbarch Posted October 30, 2024 Author Posted October 30, 2024 Just updated to MacOs 15.1 and the time stamp error has changed from 2 hour prior to 1 hour prior... Still the same error, but now only 1 hour difference. Quote VANDENBOOMEN-ARCHITECTen...
