simonartist Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 When I open the Raws file and create settings such as exposure, etc, it crashes every time, and I must open it in Photo Persona. When I open the raw files again, the settings are gone, which means I cannot save the presets. Quote

Dan C Posted January 9, 2024 Posted January 9, 2024 Hi @simonartist, Thanks for your report! Unfortunately I'm not seeing this behaviour here currently, what camera model are you using for your RAW files? Are you able to provide a screen recording of the workflow that causes this crash for me? Many thanks in advance Quote
simonartist Posted January 24, 2024 Author Posted January 24, 2024 I am using CanonR7 output for raw files. Quote
Dan C Posted January 24, 2024 Posted January 24, 2024 Thanks for confirming that for me - this is a supported RAW camera in Affinity, therefore I wouldn't expect crashing when developing. Can you please provide a recording showing the exact steps you're taking when this occurs? I have tested developing a Canon R7 RAW file on both Windows and macOS and this has worked correctly for me. Many thanks once again! Quote
