When I open the Raws file and create settings such as exposure, etc, it crashes every time, and I must open it in Photo Persona. When I open the raw files again, the settings are gone, which means I cannot save the presets.

What sort of RAW files (vendor cam model?) and under which Mx supporting macOS version? - Further with either enabled or disabled Metal/OpenGL hardware acceleration option under the Affinity preferences?

Unfortunately I'm not seeing this behaviour here currently, what camera model are you using for your RAW files?

Are you able to provide a screen recording of the workflow that causes this crash for me?

I am using CanonR7 output for raw files.

Thanks for confirming that for me - this is a supported RAW camera in Affinity, therefore I wouldn't expect crashing when developing.

Can you please provide a recording showing the exact steps you're taking when this occurs? I have tested developing a Canon R7 RAW file on both Windows and macOS and this has worked correctly for me.
