WStar Posted January 7, 2024 Posted January 7, 2024 I've imported some text and ended up with a lot of duplicated styles. Sadly, during the editing process, I've lost track of where these orphans might be. Is there a way to tell Publisher to replace all formatting with a paragraph style with a different style? Eg. I want to get rid of Body Text Hanging Indent 5, and make all such text become Body Text Hanging Indent. Quote

Use the Find and Replace panel, Find Body Text Hanging Indent 5 Replace Body Text Hanging Indent Then go to the Hamburger menu in the Text Styles panel and choose delete unused styles.
