I am new to Affinity Designer 2, coming from Illustrator and I have a question...
How can I hide that simple thin line as the attached image shows?
It is just a simple red color shape with a light yellow stroke... but why is that thin red line appearing? I would like to hide it...
Thank you!!!

Hard to say without seeing the Affinity document but it may be "snapping candidates"

So, try going to your snapping settings and untick "Show Snapping Candidates"

If not that, please upload the document that shows the issue
