v2 create new export preset is not working

i go to file>export  when i drop down the option, create preset, delete preset, etc are greyed out.  and this is the only preset available. see photo

 

in export persona  there is no option to create new preset in option dropdown

You can't create a new Preset unless you make a change, which should expand why that option is greyed-out.

I'm not sure what this actually trying to accomplish. But I'm case it's relevant, you've selected JPEG in the pulldown at the top of your screenshot, so you're only going to have JPEG-related Presets in the dialog.

I sense that you're struggling with the UI changes between V1 and V2, and in that case you might benefit from watching some of the beginner Tutorials, or reading a bit in the Help.
