Disable scroll wheel action when my mouse is in a size setting

When my mouse is on a size button in transform window, and I accidently hit the scroll wheel, the number changes. As I often work with scroll wheel it happens often while working, and to me this is pretty strange. How can I disable this function, so scroll wheel action does not affect the values in transform window?

There's no way to disable it. It's a feature of the app which probably should had a preference to disable it.

Yes, please give us a button for this. This happens so easily and so fast, and you may not see it in the first moment. I had different dimensions, and had no idea why, then my shape was rotated  ............  then I found out what was happening.
