uncle808us Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Is it possible to stroke only selected curves within an object? (Without breaking the object) Thanks Quote Mac MacBook Pro 15 in. OS X 10.9.5, Mid 2012 456.77 GB Affinity Design and Photo.
Staff MEB Posted April 12, 2016 Staff Posted April 12, 2016 Hi uncle808us, If it's a compound object or path no. All individual parts share the same attributes. You have to create a duplicate above the original and change the attribute of the duplicate. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
uncle808us Posted April 12, 2016 Author Posted April 12, 2016 Could you explain in a bit more depth? I'd appreciate it. Quote Mac MacBook Pro 15 in. OS X 10.9.5, Mid 2012 456.77 GB Affinity Design and Photo.
Staff MEB Posted April 12, 2016 Staff Posted April 12, 2016 I meant that if it's a single object with a few holes as in your example you can't change the stroke of a single "element". You have to duplicate the object, break it (menu Layer ▸ Geometry ▸ Divide), delete the parts you don't want and change the stroke of the element you wish to keep.
