Hi to everyone and thanks for your time, as you can see on first photo the print has a different colored orange square that isn't in the original design, I don't know what i'm missing but its so annoying hope you can help and thanks in advance.

Hi @jeyzyliadon and welcome to the forums.

Check whether the same color profile is used for the printer and the document.

Are you printing on a laser or inkjet printer?

thanks, its inkjet and have already check and even change the profile with no change, same problem, I don't know if its a vector configuration i'm not seeing

I can see in the screenshot that you are using CYMK colors. This can lead to color distortions when printing with RGB.

Does the placed .afdesign document and the current layout document use the same colour space and profile?

It appears in the placed .afdesign one of the layers is set to blend mode "Erase" which will cause rasterization. Alternatively you could use the Geometry option to subtract this layer from the bottom layer. If you hold the option key when pressing the "Subtract" button in he Context Toolbar you get a Compound Group layer which still enables you to edit both layers independently.
