I've reproduced these issues here and will fill a report accordingly. Thanks for your feedback. Is there a bug ID or a thread for this bug? I assume it's the same issue as in this recording. Dybkjær Posted August 5, 2024 Posted August 5, 2024 I'm not sure if I use "Set Selection Box" correctly, but when I group, the selection box seems ignored. I use iPad Pro, iPadOS 17.6, and the Affinity Publisher 2.5 1c794. I have this image (picture 1), see the enclosed example file (it's a stylised origami Santa). All three objects are rotated, not with the same amount. I cycle and Set Selection Box on each of the three objects. Looks fine (picture 2), also when I select all of them (picture 3). Then, when I Group the three objects, the resulting box boundary does not bound the Set selection boxes, but the original boundaries (picture 4). Which surely was not what I wanted: I want a group which can be layouted, rotated, etc. based on the normalised boundary box, like the one in the third picture. blchampion Posted September 22, 2024 Posted September 22, 2024 I think I found another quirk of the Cycle/Set Selection Box features. It doesn't track to crop boxes. Steps to reproduce: Create any shape Rotate it 45 degrees Select the shape and select a different bounding box orientation by cycling Set the new orientation Select the crop tool: the orientation is the same as after the first rotation Quote
