Michael3d Posted December 31, 2023 Posted December 31, 2023 After creating a new vector layer or pixel layer ("Layer 1") each new object opens in an individual sublayer of "Layer 1." In Adobe Illustrator these sub-layers only open up in the layers panel when prompted to do so. In the Affinity Designer layers panel is there some way to prevent these sub-layers from automatically opening up? Quote
Hangman Posted December 31, 2023 Posted December 31, 2023 Hi @Michael3d and welcome to the forums, If you uncheck 'Auto-scroll' from the Layer panel hamburger menu, that should do the trick... Michael3d Posted December 31, 2023 Author Posted December 31, 2023 Thanks Hangman, That worked. Useful information for me and really helps. I have a lot of layers in my drawings and the layers palette fills up pretty quick when each sub layer opens every time I add another object. Thanks again, Michael3d Quote
