In the Help the last entry in the sidebar does not appear (but the article for Expressions / Ausdrücke does exist and displays if switched from English). A similar issue affects Spanish which shows a scrollbar (that can't be used here) with the missing topic hidden at its lower edge (which can be used for navigation). This varies slightly between AD and APub for instance (AD shows the scrollbar + hidden navigation) and appears to be the same for V1 and V2.

A quick tweak by the Dev team to the CSS scroll overflow is needed me thinks...

While clearly not a solution a quick and dirty temporary workaround for your browser session would be to tweak the CSS line-height for the #menu...
