I feel a bit of an idiot asking this, because there must be a simple answer...

Can I edit/amend/delete the EXIF data from an image in Photo 2, please?

If so, how and, if not, why not?

Thank you.

Yes you can EDIT some of the EXIF data. Go to the Windows menu and scroll down to Metadata, make sure there's a check beside it. If not click on it, now you should have a Metadata Panel. See video for further information.

When Exporting an image, at the bottom of the Advanced tab, you can uncheck the box beside Embed Metadata, if you want the Metadata stripped from your image.

I was looking for EXIF not Metadata

If you Open the Help and put EXIF in the Search field, you should find Metadata Panel as the first result.

(And if you're on a macOS release where searching in the in-app Help doesn't work, you can do this with the online Help at https:/affinity.help )

Yep, I'm using a Mac, which wouldn't have helped me.

Thank you.
