Stedicam Posted December 22, 2023 Posted December 22, 2023 I just purchased Affinity Photo 2 from B&H. It will launch but as soon as it opens, it crashes and disappears. I have tried repeatedly and always the same. Rebooted and the same. I'm reading years old posts on here about this problem. Why is it still a problem after all this time? Quote
MikeTO Posted December 23, 2023 Posted December 23, 2023 Hi @Stedicam and welcome to the forums. Are you using macOS, Windows, or iPad, and which version of the operating system? Are you using Affinity 2.3.0? Can you share a crash report? Information on how to do so is here: Quote Download a free PDF manual for Affinity Publisher 2.5 Download a quick reference chart for Affinity's Special Characters Affinity 2.5 for macOS Sequoia 15.2, MacBook Pro 14" (M4 Pro)

NYC B&H shop back in the early days when it was tiny & crammed with shelves full of cameras & photo accessories with almost no room left to hold more than 10-15 people at the same time. Back then, there was of course no online presence but they had ads in all the major photo magazines for mail ordering just about anything photo-related you could think of.
