I'm ready to print a proof of my 200+ page book I laid out in Publisher. Like a lot of books, there are a few blank pages here and there at the beginning (one after the title page, one after the TOC). In the print dialog box, under "Include," I selected "All Sheets," thinking it would, silly me, print every page. I also checked my printer's dialog box to make sure that "Skip blank pages" was turned off. It was.

How do I convince Publisher that I really want all pages printed?

Thanks!

Hi, I can't duplicate this problem on macOS with an HP LaserJet, it always prints all pages, including completely blank ones.

I assume this is a Windows-specific issue but one workaround would be to export from Publisher as PDF and then to print the PDF. I don't know if that will make a difference as it sounds like the issue is with the printer.

Could you please confirm your operating system and printer model?

I'm using Windows OS, but you might be right about the printer. I can't remember the last time I updated it, and it's very old.. I bet you're right, though, because no matter what I do, it prints double sided. I'll look into it. Thanks!
