Published V2 freezes on Print

I have only just installed Affinity Publisher V2. Have not been able to print .af files at all (new or old files). Running MacOS Ventura 13, Publisher 2.3.0.  App freezes, requiring Force Quit.

If I save the file as a PDF, then open and print that PDF in Publisher V2, it will print successfully.  Just won't print .af file.

Also, Internal window (marked with circle) can be moved but will not close.

Could you please try holding control whilst booting the application and hitting "clear" on the screen that follows.

I just wanted to add that I had a problem where I couldn't export to PDF, and this also helped. When I went to export, it would say it was generating a preview, but would never finish. And if I clicked Export anyways, it would say there was an error and not export. I followed the above instructions, reset just the default settings that were selected, and I was able to export normally.
