Can't Open Affinity Photo From Bridge

I finally found the extensions to my Affinity Apps 2.0. although Adobe Bridge still won't "Open With". There is no error message, although AP simply won't open. See the attached video. Has anyone encountered and solved this problem?

This is one of the instances where we would recommend using the MSIEXE version of the apps over the MSIX version. You can find out how to download the MSIEXE version here:

Thanks, Callum. Will I lose my personal settings if I do this?

Hi Callum, I went to your link, as well as my online account page, and can't find the MSIEXE downloads. All I see are MSIX.

Did you read the instructions below the screenshot in that FAQ post?

Open task manager, click on Affinity 2,Open file location, look for the Affinity logo, thats the .exe fil
