Restoring Style menu subheadings

I'm a total newbie - I only got AP last month - but I've already got totally stuck! Somehow I deleted the "character" and "paragraph"  sub-headings of the "Style" menu and cannot see how I can retrieve them! How can I get them back please?

Hi François, this is a common point of confusion for new users. The Styles panel should really be named the Object Styles panel - it has nothing to do with paragraph and character styles. For those, you'll need to open the Text Styles panel.
