On Sonoma, I think that's problem, can't get to the bottom to the slider

I have another Mac with Big Sur and I feel this is the problem' Sonoma. I've got a lot of frustrations with it.  Big Sur it is fine on the other Mac (Desktop) hopefully that's it and you can give me an answer to be able to bring up the program and access the bottom. thanks
