SVG file generated in Canva not opening correctly in Affinity Designer 2

The first image shows how Affinity Designer 2 opens the SVG file from Canva.

The second image is the correct appearance of the content as a PDF file from Canva.

The Affinity applications don’t support all of the features of the SVG format – e.g. patterns and various other things – and so some SVGs will not be opened properly.

If you can – legally – share the SVG file here in the forums then someone can look at it, find out what the problem is, and maybe give you a ‘workaround’.
