shortcut changes reverting to normal

Every time I make changes to my affinity designer workspace like making the background colour darker and creating or changing shortcuts, the changes revert to default the next time I launch the software. Is there a way to preserve the changes?

Hi @Namaand Welcome to the Forums,

Which version of MacOS are you running?  I can't replicate this on Sonoma, all changes are there after a restart of Affinity.

Also did you install Affinity directly from our website or via the Mac App Store?

I'm using ventura 13.3

This has happened quite a few times now.

There were several major bug fixes in the recently released v2.3.0 concerning shortcuts. Are you using Affinity v2.3.0?

I don't know if there's any releation to this very issue, but are there any reasons why you're not updating Ventura to the latest version 13.6.1 which contains many important security updates as well as bug fixes?
